Reviewing tasks / responses.
- Users can search for a student's / group's responses or explore tasks.
- Each student's task can be artificially or physically reviewed.
- The system displays a summary of the task or more graphical and detailed responses.
Can view all responses or system highlighted concerns. For each concern:
- Recommended actions
- Useful links and contacts
- Option to send/share details to internal colleagues (eg DSL) or external agencies
With capabilities to log an incident (optional) or 'plug-in' from a School information management system to link an incident with a task/action.
One of the most powerful aspects of the system is its intelligent use of data and analytics to identify and highlight potential concerns, based on the student's responses within a task.
The tasks requiring review will be highlighted on the screen. Selecting the task to review will display the details of the concern including the question, actions by the student and response.
(Click to dismiss)Walkthrough 3:
The concern may be raised by a number of responses which combine to increase the student risk score accordingly. All contributing responses and actions that increase the risk score are displayed for review.

Notes: All incidents and tasks have a category (e.g. safeguarding, mental health, prevention) and a status level (e.g. 1- low-level disruption through to 5 - serious incident). These can be used in reporting and analysis of trends within a group or school.
'Next steps' provide the staff member with recommended actions, links and contact details, where appropriate. Staff will record all actions taken, have the option to share directly with a colleague and print a report of the concern and actions taken.

Additional Factors
NOTE: The system has adjusted the risk factor based on students responses and takes concerns/data from other applications or areas of the site.
This session has taken into account concerns from entries in the mood diary. One of Johnny's entries highlights worrying and volatile interactions between his Mum and Stepdad:
- "My stepdad had my mum do the dishes three times and threw the dinner in the sink and bin as it wasn't good enough."
- "He was a bit loud and then started having a go ..."
- "She was proper on edge ..."
NOTE: There are a few mentions in other entries on the system that his Mum is on edge and he indicated both he and his mum are anxious a lot of the time.
- Key elements of the specific session responses are flagged and, combined with the additional data, highlight a potential concern for staff to review.
- Therefore, from both the session and additional data combinations, the system has increased the risk factor accordingly.
